Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and drive company trucks for transporting goods over long distances.
- Plan and follow assigned delivery schedules, adhering to traffic laws and safety standards.
- Perform regular inspections of the vehicle and report any maintenance needs.
- Maintain accurate trip logs, fuel records, and delivery documents.
- Safely load and unload goods as required.
Qualifications:
- Valid Class 1 Commercial Driver’s License (or equivalent).
- At least 2 years of long-haul driving experience.
- Clean driving record with the ability to pass a road test.
- Knowledge of Canadian road safety regulations.
- Physically fit to perform tasks related to loading and unloading cargo.
